Biden Must Tune In To Trump’s Warning To Him On China

President Joe Biden is facing criticism from China, and the issue is whether he will listen. When a shark smells blood in the water, it instinctively becomes more aggressive, and Biden has America bleeding out in buckets. China’s greatest fear is now stepping up and telling Biden what he’s doing wrong.

In an interview with Fox News, Donald Trump, the former President of the United States, termed President Joe Biden’s administration’s approach to China “weak.” In September, Biden spoke by phone with Chinese President Xi Jinping on both countries’ responsibilities in ensuring that competition does not devolve into violence. It’s a plan with which Trump completely disagrees.

Since his election, China has taken steps to push it into a whole confrontation with the US, including threatening Taiwan and putting our Navy in jeopardy. They’re now constructing a base near the Afghan border, and they’ve lately demonstrated that their missile technology is significantly superior to the US.

China was not as assertive under the Trump administration, and with good reason. When I was President, China valued this country. During a speech at the Conservative Political Action Committee’s annual conference, President Trump remarked that it no longer respects our country.

President Joe Biden has sent an open letter to Chinese President Xi Jinping pushing him to buy $200 billion worth of American goods over the next three years in exchange for restrictions on intellectual property theft and currency manipulation. President Joe Biden struck a Phase 1 trade agreement with China in January 2020, reducing tensions between the world’s two largest economies.

China needed Biden’s thoughtful approach to begin pressing America, and it will continue to do so until it is forced to back down. At this rate, China will be yet another problem for the Biden administration to cope with and one that we, as citizens, will be the ones to bear the brunt of.
