Hunter Biden and his depraved family seem never to find the bottom of the barrel, but they certainly keep trying. Hunter has now asked an Arkansas court to prevent his estranged daughter from using his last name.
Lunden Roberts, 31, is the mother of the child she and Hunter Biden, 52, had together following their short relationship. Her lawyer, Clinton Lancaster, filed a petition with an Arkansas state Circuit Court last month seeking an order approving a name change for the child. The petition aims to change the child’s legal name from Navy Jean Roberts to Navy Jean Biden.

Lancaster told Judge Holly Meyer that Navy Jean would “benefit from carrying the Biden family name.” He pointed out the name is “now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful.”
Roberts’ petition argues that Navy Jean should be provided the opportunities that come with her name “ just like it has for other members of the Biden family.”
The petition also points out how the child has so far been completely denied the benefit of being part of the politically powerful Biden family. It argues: “To the extent, this is misconduct or neglect, it can be rectified by changing her last name to Biden so that she may undeniably be known to the world as the child of the defendant and member of the prestigious Biden family.”
Hunter’s legal team has responded by asking the court to deny the name change request.
Astoundingly, Hunter’s lawyers are arguing that the child would be harmed by bearing her father’s name. They claim Navy Jean would be robbed of a “peaceful existence” if she were to bear the Biden family name.
Hunter’s attorney told the court that the child should be forced to wait until she is an adult to change her name at a time when “the disparagement of the Biden name is not at its height.”

Hunter vigorously fought his child’s paternity in court as long as he could. When a court-ordered 2019 DNA test showed he was the father “with scientific certainty,” he finally had to admit Navy Jean is his daughter.
He settled his financial obligations in March 2020 by agreeing to pay Roberts $2.5 million in accrued support obligations and ongoing child support for Navy Jean.
Biden’s relationship with Roberts dates back to her time working as a Washington, D.C., stripper. At that time, Hunter was also involved in a romantic relationship with Hallie Biden, the widow of his late brother Beau.
