Leftist Comedian Kathy Griffin Suspended From Twitter

In what appeared to be a bid for attention, infamous left-wing comedian Kathy Griffin was banned from Twitter after she used her verified account to impersonate the platform’s new CEO, Elon Musk.

Well-known conservative social media account “Election Wizard” announced the news online:

Some users responded with edited photos of Elon Musk holding a cut-out of Kathy Griffin’s head. The posts are likely jokes referencing Griffin’s own shared photo featuring her holding a fake, bloodied, severed head depicting former President Trump back in 2017.

After receiving a mountain of backlash from the right wing and even some from the left, Griffin apologized for the offense in May 2017 before later complaining in 2019 that the photo left her ‘unemployable.’

Tesla CEO Elon Musk made the rules of the matter clear Monday, posting, “Going forward, any Twitter handles engaging in impersonation without clearly specifying “parody” will be permanently suspended.”

The disgruntled comedian is not the only one bashing heads with Musk following his Twitter acquisition. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) expressed frustration last week after she claimed her Twitter account was not functioning correctly following a dispute between herself and Elon Musk. The far-left lawmaker alleged that the Tesla CEO was responsible for the matter, although she did not provide any evidence to prove such a charge.

“…my Twitter mentions/notifications conveniently aren’t working tonight, so I was informed via text that I seem to have gotten under a certain billionaire’s skin,” Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) posted online. “Just a reminder that money will never by [sic] your way out of insecurity, folks.”

Griffin does not appear to be accepting the terms of her ban. The leftist comedian has now hopped on her dead mother’s account in order to continue her Twitter posting spree, according to recent reports.
