Miller Says American Voters Chose Restoration But Courts Are Blocking It

Stephen Miller issued a message this week emphasizing that Americans voted to restore their country’s security through President Donald Trump, but that unelected judges and media institutions are working to stop that restoration. The Homeland Security Advisor said the situation at the southern border is not immigration — it is war.

Miller said that during the last four years, illegal entrants overtook neighborhoods and entire communities were overrun. He added that these developments were not incidental but amounted to a deliberate occupation of American territory.

He warned that the country’s treasury was depleted and political stability eroded, calling the events a direct assault on the structure of American democracy. He asserted that this crisis was not civil enforcement, but invasion.

He described the 2024 election as a referendum on this very issue. According to Miller, voters made it clear that they wanted the invasion stopped and the country’s borders restored. He said the courts and media are now trying to block that decision from being carried out.

Miller opposed the idea that every illegal entrant should be given a courtroom hearing before being removed. He said such a policy would make it impossible to undo the damage, allowing the crisis to become permanent.

He cited the Constitution, specifically Article 4, Section 4, saying the president is required to stop any invasion. Miller maintained that no judge has the power to override that constitutional duty.

He said the process of expelling illegal entrants and defeating the cartels will go forward under Trump’s leadership.
