Musk Suspends ‘Pedophile Flag’ Creator From Twitter

As difficult as it is to be shocked by anything in 2023, some leftist always manages to pull it off. This time it’s a Twitter user who created a pedophile flag for “youth-attracted persons” for their own special holiday — Alice Day.

Enter Elon Musk. The billionaire tech CEO saw the chance to quickly do something for the good of humanity and did not hesitate. The Twitter head shut down the account that portrayed the flag and went by the username Pot Luck Pony.

He also personally condemned it in a tweet.

It is difficult to imagine the old regime having the nerve to spring into action even against something so clearly morally offensive. The account earlier posted the creation, which was a blue, white, pink, and yellow flag.

The account cited the fake holiday “Alice Day” as the occasion to celebrate the unveiling of the flag. The user took credit for designing the emblem almost a year ago.

For the record, Alice Day takes its name from “Alice in Wonderland.”

A Twitter user, Dr. Anastasia Maria Loupis, stated on her account that she is a medical doctor. She posted, “Elon Musk suspended the person who made a pedophilia flag. Well done, Elon.”

The CEO responded with “not tolerated on this platform,” to which she replied, “Thank you, dear Elon. You are doing amazing things for humanity.”

There are some who call for more acceptance of these so-called minor-attracted persons, or MAPs. One, Old Dominion University Assistant Professor Allyn Walker, wrote a book titled “A Long Dark Shadow: Minor Attracted People and Their Pursuit of Dignity.”

Walker argued that it is important to “use terminology for groups that members of that group want others to use for them.” He called MAPs “less stigmatizing” than terms like pedophile.

He further asserted that the term results in “misconceptions” about attractions toward minors and the morality of that attraction.

Walker’s advocacy only further enhances how important it is for gatekeepers such as Elon Musk to keep a close watch on those who would victimize children. It is never acceptable to normalize these behaviors, and flags celebrating perversions have no place on our social media platforms.
