The President Is Dodging the Hot Seat over Hunter Scandal

President Joe Biden has made a habit of distancing himself each time new evidence of Hunter Biden’s corruption is released. Joe has said that he didn’t know about Hunter’s business dealings, tax issues, and that he wasn’t doing anything wrong by selling paintings at ridiculous prices, but everyone knows that Joe’s lying.

The New York Post reported that Eric Schwerin, Hunter’s close business partner, visited the White House around 20 times from 2009 to 2015 according to White House visitor logs. The New York Post also reported that “Eric Schwerin met with Vice President Biden on November 17, 2010 in the West Wing, when he was the president of the since-dissolved investment fund Rosemont Seneca Partners.”

That really changes the authenticity of Joe’s claim, “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.”

Some of Schwerin’s meetings were with Joe and Jill Biden’s aides which means unless their aides hid key information from them, which is unlikely, both of them were aware of the meetings and information that was discussed. The meetings were also at advantageous points in Hunter’s business life where he was about to close multi-million-dollar deals.

One of these meetings involved Schwerin and Joe in the West Wing in November 2010, which means Joe was directly involved with Hunter’s business associate.

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) said, “Not everyone gets to meet the Vice President of the United States in the White House. The press should be asking why Hunter Biden’s business associates – like Eric Schwerin – had that privilege and were given access to the Obama White House. This is additional evidence that Joe Biden lied when he said he never discussed Hunter’s foreign business dealings. It’s well past time for the corporate media to demand the truth from Joe Biden. The corruption of Biden Inc. must be exposed.”

Then there’s the obvious ethical hoops that Hunter would have to go through to conduct business overseas. The federal government, media outlets, and Joe can’t expect people to believe that White House officials weren’t informed about Hunter’s business transactions.

There’s evidence from Hunter’s laptop which also directly ties Joe to Hunter’s business dealings from Burisma adviser Vadym Pozharskyi saying, “Thank you for inviting me to DC and giving me an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together.” The email was written in 2015 and proves that Joe was lying about the knowledge.

Even when Joe was grilled by Mike Allen during an Axios interview he said, “I don’t know what he was doing. I know he was on the board. … I trust my son.”

Allen said that it didn’t “pass the smell test” even though Twitter banned the New York Post’s tweet about Hunter laptop.

Joe may have said that “nothing was unethical” when asked about Hunter’s China and Ukraine business dealings, wouldn’t Joe have to know what Hunter was doing in order to make that assessment?

There’s much more information that’s available now that wasn’t before about Joe’s involvement and possible profit motive. The propaganda that was pushed as “Russian disinformation” for so long is finally catching up and hopefully the federal government intervenes and can actually do something about it.
