Even as new allegations have emerged in recent days regarding President Joe Biden’s involvement in international corruption, many mainstream media outlets and leftist pundits continue focusing on the recent indictment of former President Donald Trump on charges related to mishandling classified documents.
During a speech over the weekend, Trump once again addressed his situation — this time in the context of his potential 2024 rival’s ongoing controversies.
“Joe Biden is the most corrupt president in the history of our country, by far,” he said to an enthusiastic reception from the audience.
The leading GOP presidential primary candidate cited the “very respected IRS whistleblower” who has levied fresh allegations against Biden and his son, Hunter.
“Remember when the Democrats used to love whistleblowers?” Trump asked. “They don’t like the whistleblowers now.”
He quoted from a message the younger Biden allegedly sent to a political official in China in 2017 while his father was in the room.

Aside from calling out the growing evidence of Biden family misdeeds, Trump used the opportunity to take aim at the same media outlets who gleefully reported his own indictment while essentially ignoring the president’s latest scandal.
“Now, can you imagine the newspapers not reporting this?” he asked. “Not a word of it in any of them in any of them, mainstream. I’m sitting here waiting for the call, he said. With my father, I’m sitting here with my father waiting for the call. In other words, send us money. Within 10 days the Bidens got $5.1 million from China for absolutely no reason.”
As for his own indictments at the hands of “radical left Democrats, Marxists, communists, and fascists,” Trump said that he wears them as “a great badge of courage.”
Trump’s speech also touched on his platform ahead of next year’s presidential election, asserting that he would “have the horrible war between Russia and Ukraine settled” before he is even inaugurated for a second term.
Addressing some hot-button social issues, he vowed to take on the “demented late-term abortionists in the Democratic Party,” put an end to gender-therapy procedures on minors, and reimpose a ban on transgender individuals in the military.
