Trump Pushes Plan To Overhaul Federal Agencies And Fight Corruption

President Donald Trump has detailed a sweeping plan to dismantle what he calls the Deep State, outlining reforms aimed at eliminating corruption and protecting Americans from government overreach. His plan includes significant changes to intelligence agencies, judicial oversight and federal operations.

Trump’s first step involves reissuing an executive order from 2020 that empowers the president to fire federal employees working against government interests. He declared that he would “wield that power very aggressively” to remove bureaucrats who act as obstacles to reform.

The former president also accused national security agencies of targeting conservatives and Christians, vowing to clean out what he called “corrupt actors.” He pledged to overhaul these departments to ensure they serve the American people instead of engaging in political targeting.

Transparency is central to Trump’s plan. He announced the creation of a Truth and Reconciliation Commission that would release documents exposing “hoaxes and abuses of power” within the federal government. He argued that declassifying this information is vital to rebuilding trust.

Reforming FISA courts is another priority for Trump. He criticized judges for allowing flawed applications to move forward and promised to create stricter oversight to prevent similar abuses. “The judges seemingly do not care when they are lied to,” Trump said.

In addition to reforming agencies, Trump wants to relocate thousands of federal positions to states outside Washington. He highlighted the successful relocation of the Bureau of Land Management to Colorado as an example and said, “As many as 100,000 government positions could be moved out.”

To conclude, Trump called for a constitutional amendment to impose term limits on members of Congress. He also advocated banning federal employees from joining industries they regulate, arguing these measures would reduce conflicts of interest and restore accountability.
