Will Mitch McConnell Go Along With Joe Biden’s Plan To “Blatantly Politicize” The Supremes?

An African American woman may be the next Supreme Court Justice. After Stephen Breyer retired, Joe Biden reported choosing a Black female to replace the old liberal White man. You can get a read on the potential nominee’s judicial philosophy based on the nominating criteria. Presumably, they are a liberal activist who is all in on CRT and anti-racism because Biden has indicated he is looking for.

The Senate is split 50-50. Even one Democrat can upset the plan. Hopes to secure one Republican are thin but open the possibility of splintering the weaker RINOs off the Republican Caucus.

McConnell has gotten resistance from many GOP Senators who want to push back the radical Democrat agenda and the sock puppet Biden. Some Republicans are seen as swing votes. Republican Senator John Cornyn (TX) said he does not want a replay of Kavanaugh. Meaning he’s not going to make a spectacle of unsubstantiated carnal accusations against the Biden nominee.

In 2017, Republicans ended the filibuster on Supreme Court nominations because of the delayed tactics used by Democrats to stall the Trump nominees. In 2020, Republicans rushed to confirm Justice Amy Coney Barrett to the seat vacated by liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

The Supreme Court battle will probably result in the same 6-3 conservatives advantage. Many Republicans would instead focus on the economic and social disasters from the Biden-Harris maladministration to deliver the political outcome they desire in November during the midterm elections. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham (SC), a member of the Judiciary Committee, said the nomination and interview process would be trying, and it ought to be.

Mitch McConnell (KY) cautioned Biden not to pick an extremist. Biden should be slightly concerned about Turtle’s rhetoric because McConnell has been committed to transforming the judiciary with a more conservative bent.

McConnell saluted Justice Breyer for his work on the Supreme Court. We assume that he disagreed with nearly all of Breyer’s rulings, but he set that aside. Most of the time, he delivered his respects on Breyer’s retirement regarding the justice’s commitment to equity, fairness, non-politicized decisions, and honorable comments. He believes that Justice Breyer was a moral voice against sectarian court-packing. Biden’s handlers have floated plans to break the remaining public confidence in law and order.

McConnell said that the American public voted for a divided Senate. If you accept, the debacle in Georgia was the will of the people. Biden must steward our establishments, but instead, he runs this nation into the ground. He believes that the President should not give in to the extreme left, as if Sleepy Joe has a choice, Mitch. The Democrats think they know better than the stupid people in the American public when rewriting and ignoring the Constitution.

Democrat Senator Kyrsten Sinema (AZ) seems most likely to hold out, and she may not vote with her party to support a racialized pick. The alternative would be to allow people of all races and genders to be considered. But Biden will not do that.

Sinema said that she would satisfy her sacred obligation to give counsel and consent based on whether the candidate is expertly qualified, holds to a free legal system, and can be relied upon to maintain law and order. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said that Republicans are against playing games. Like the game called “Save The USA.”
