Staffers at CompassCare pro-life pregnancy resource center in Buffalo, New York, are calling out the FBI for failing to produce any results in its investigation into radical pro-abortion activists’ attacks on its facility.
Following the May 2022 leak of the Supreme Court’s intention to overturn Roe v. Wade, which was overturned one month later in Dobbs. Jackson Women’s Health Organization ruling, radical pro-abortion terrorists attacked numerous pro-life centers and churches — vandalizing them with threatening graffiti and even going so far as to throw firebombs into the buildings. There have been at least 236 attacks on Catholic churches and at least 90 attacks on pro-life centers since the decision was leaked, according to Catholic Vote trackers.
Since the draft U.S. Supreme Court opinion was criminally leaked on May 2, left-wing extremists have begun targeting churches & pro-life groups as revenge for a legal process that actually has nothing to do with them.

One such attack took place at a CompassCare pregnancy medical center in June 2022. The radical pro-abortion group “Jane’s Revenge” claimed responsibility for the firebombing and for spray-painting the words “Jane was here” on the side of the building.
Almost two years after the attack, the FBI placed billboards near the facility offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the pro-abortion terrorists.
However, CompassCare has revealed that the FBI has not communicated with them any status updates on the investigation into the attack, and never even discussed the billboard with the organization.
“Supporters have asked if CompassCare paid for this expensive billboard,” CompassCare CEO Rev. Jim Harden explained in a statement to The Daily Signal. “We did not. The FBI refuses to communicate.”
“The erratic nature of [Department of Justice] and FBI behavior around cases of violence against pro-life groups appears to be PR related, bolstering their reputation when under pressure to produce results by media and congressional judiciary committees,” he argued.
“Perhaps they anticipate more violence against Christian pro-lifers ahead of the next big Supreme Court ruling in June and want to make it look like they care?” Harden asked.
While the Biden administration is perfectly content prosecuting pro-life Americans for simply praying outside of abortion centers, they seem to be slow-walking or outright ignoring their duty to apprehend pro-abortion activists for actual crimes. Using the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act) — which prohibits the intentional destruction or damage of reproductive health care facilities — should theoretically protect pro-life facilities as well as abortion clinics, but the Biden administration only appears to be applying the law to their political opponents.
11 pro-life activists arrested by the DOJ for peaceful protests outside abortion clinics.
0 pro-abortion extremists arrested for firebombing and vandalism of pregnancy centers, pro-life orgs, and Catholic Churches.
The DOJ is sending a clear message to pro-life Americans.

Conservative leaders previously called on Congress to pass the FACE Act Repeal Act of 2023 “as soon as possible,” arguing that the weaponized federal agencies have been using the measure to unjustly target pro-life Americans.
“In the aftermath of additional pro-life activists being convicted by the Biden administration under the FACE Act for peacefully protesting outside an abortion business, we respectfully urge you to take immediate legislative action to protect peaceful pro-life activists from the Biden administration’s weaponized Department of Justice and an unconstitutional law,” the leaders wrote in a letter first obtained by The Daily Signal.
“The Biden administration has weaponized the FACE Act against peaceful pro-life sidewalk counselors and activists who want to save lives and change hearts and minds,” Advancing American Freedom Executive Director Paul Teller told The Daily Signal in February.
