Jesse Watters: DOJ Has 5-Hour Biden Blackmail Tapes

Fox News host Jesse Watters said this week in a post on X, formerly Twitter, that the Department of Justice (DOJ) could use audio recordings of an interview with President Joe Biden for blackmail against the president.

“Biden’s DOJ has a five-hour tape that would end Biden’s re-election campaign,” said Watters, speaking of a tape of the president’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur to investigate him for potentially mishandling classified government documents under his care. “That tape’s now being leveraged over the president and can be used against him at any time.”

“Not only is he compromised by the Chinese- he’s now subject to blackmail by his own administration. Worst of all Biden’s base is now breaking off into factions, which is fatal to political power,” Watters added.

“We live in a total blackmailocracy,” one commentator responded.

Hur recently reported that he could not convince a jury to convict Biden of mishandling government docs because of the president’s cognitive limitations.

“These limitations were so significant [that] Biden wasn’t charged because the jury would take pity on him,” Watters noted, suggesting the DOJ tape may exhibit Biden’s cognitive decline.

“These tapes are blackmail tapes. If they’re released, Biden’s re-election campaign is finished,” Watters added.

The Department of Justice has not yet published the tape, prompting the Fox News host to ask, “So if the public can’t see the tapes, will Joe Biden take a cognitive test?”

The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability issued a Feb. 19 deadline on Monday for the Justice Department to produce a transcript of the Biden interview and other related documents for the committee’s investigation.

“Americans deserve transparency about President Biden’s mental state and his mishandling of classified documents,” the committee wrote in a post on X.

“The president proves every day how he operates and how he thinks — by dealing with world leaders, by making difficult decisions on behalf of the American people — whether it’s domestic or national security,” said White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, while telling reporters Biden will not take a cognitive test despite voter concerns.
